The African American gentleman was very nice, and his customer service skills were excellent!! The bed was relaxing and comfortable!! Very pretty and clean facility.

Front desk (the guy and the young lady) were excellent they always went out their way to help us and make our stay comfortable. The person driving the shuttle was very kind and helped us get from the airport and back with such kindness. Staff made sure to clean our room and it was impeccable. Overall they were great and helpful.

very quiet, quick access to and from airport, free parking. Nice fitness room, great breakfast options. I loved the little extra touch to the rooms by housekeeping like the way some of the towels and tissue were made into flower type shapes. it gave me the feeling of a more upscale hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff was prompt about getting me transportation to the airport. I also liked having food options like microwave meals that I could purchase in the lobby

Location was perfect…very close proximity to the airport. Very courteous staff…front desk clerk…Sai the shuttle driver. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!

The staff were amazing! Though we knew we were two hours early for check in, we asked if a room might be ready, it wasn’t initially, but they made it ready! While we waited, we were able to do laundry. They fed us cookies 😁. When my husband came to pick me up his phone service was poor and he could not get navigation. He found the airport, so I took the hotel shuttle there. Instead of making my husband find me at the terminal, Antonio took me to the cell lot.

I had a frustrating time driving into Austin in the dark & rain & crazy Austin drivers. However, Tommy at the front desk immediately made me smile & laugh with his humor. He also directed me to the short walk to a bar/restaurant (because I refused to drive ANYMORE) & I really appreciated that.

For the price it was very nice. They only had a $20 pet fee, so that is why we chose this hotel. The room was nice but nothing special. Nice to have breakfast in the morning. I think they also have an airport shuttle

The shuttle to and from the airport was out of service both upon my arrival to the hotel and departing. The hotel very kindly booked me a ride service. I arrived at your hotel on Easter Sunday and even with what had to probably have been a very busy weekend , Tommie at the front desk was a breathe of fresh air. He demeanor and sense of humor made checking in to the hotel a delight.. It is that kind of customer service that keeps guest returning to the hotel each time their is a need.
